Current beta limits

AAAI Tools is a free beta running on limited processing capacity. Files are limited by size and duration, jobs are queued, and each IP address has a daily usage limit. Uploaded files and generated results are deleted after 6 hours.

Accuracy expectations

Automated transcription can save time, but it is not perfect. Names, accents, technical vocabulary, background noise, music, and overlapping speakers can all reduce accuracy. Always review transcripts before publishing or making important decisions based on them.
