AAAI Tools is provided as a free beta for short audio and video transcription. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for content you are allowed to process.

Permitted use

You may upload audio or video files to generate TXT and SRT transcription results for personal, educational, editorial, accessibility, or business productivity workflows.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to upload and process the media you submit. This includes respecting copyright, privacy, recording consent, workplace rules, school policies, and any applicable legal requirements.

You must not use the service to process unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, confidential, or highly sensitive content without proper authorization.

Service limits

The beta may enforce file size, media duration, queue, download, retention, and daily usage limits. Uploaded files and generated results are deleted after 6 hours. Jobs may be delayed or rejected when the queue is busy, the file is unsupported, or the service detects misuse.

Transcript accuracy

Transcription is automated and may contain errors. Output can be affected by background noise, accents, overlapping speakers, music, technical vocabulary, or poor recording quality. Review transcripts before publishing, sharing, or relying on them.

Availability

The service is offered without a guaranteed uptime or processing time. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability, protect infrastructure, or comply with applicable requirements.
