AAAI Tools provides a short-form audio and video transcription service. This policy explains what information may be processed when you upload a file, request a transcript, or browse the website.

Uploaded media and results

Uploaded files are stored temporarily so the service can process them and generate transcript files. Generated TXT and SRT results are also stored temporarily so you can download them after the job is complete.

Files and results are automatically deleted after 6 hours. You should download anything you need before it expires.

Technical data

Basic technical logs may include IP address, request time, file size, selected language option, job status, error state, browser user agent, and similar operational information. This data helps operate the queue, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and enforce free beta limits.

Content responsibility

Do not upload private, confidential, copyrighted, medical, financial, legally sensitive, or otherwise restricted content unless you have the right and consent to process it. You are responsible for the media you submit and for how you use the resulting transcript.

Advertising and third parties

The site may use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads according to their policies and your choices.

Security and limitations

AAAI Tools is designed for temporary automated processing, not long-term storage. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so avoid uploading content that would create risk if processed by a third-party service.
